I'm Narissa Bailey (Dip.FPCH RICTAT), the founder and owner of Serene Therapies, and I'm passionate about helping others achieve optimal health and vitality. Like many, I've experienced the toll that a hectic lifestyle can take on both mind and body. Several years ago, I found myself overworked, drained, and struggling with various health issues. It was during this time that I discovered the transformative power of Colonic Hydrotherapy.

Surprisingly, what I initially dismissed as a treatment meant for others became the key to alleviating many of my health concerns. After my first session, I was hooked. The profound impact it had on my well-being ignited a passion within me to share this healing modality with others.
