Terms and conditions

Appointments can be made over the telephone, email, or social media. However, no appointment is confirmed until a deposit has been received, some treatments require full payment up-front.

If, for any reason, you require a refund, this can only be offered 7 days prior to your appointment with an admin fee of 10% of your deposit.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than the required notice, or in the event of a no-show, the client will lose any deposit paid and full payment is required when they rebook.

If the client is late to an appointment, that time will be deducted from the treatment.

It is the client’s responsibility to notify me of any health conditions, recent surgery, medications which may affect the treatment prior to the appointment.

Offers are run in a monthly basis.

Discount codes can only be used on single treatments, and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

You can book an offer as many times as you wish.  A 50% deposit is required for all bookings.

1. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Serene Therapies and their close relatives, or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation, are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must LIKE and SHARE the giveaway post and FOLLOW @serenetherapiesnottingham Instagram page.
• Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will not be counted.

3. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway opens on 22/09/25 and closes at 18:00 on 29/09/25
• Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. Prize

• The prize is 1 x 45 minute Body Ballancer session at Serene Therapies in Mapperly, Nottingham.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
• Serene Therapies reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require it.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 3 days of the closing date.
• If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Data Protection

• Any personal data provided will be used solely for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Instagram Disclaimer

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility.

8. General

• Serene Therapies reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway where necessary.
